Deed of assignment of mortgage by Alice Riley to her son John Riley, of a dwelling house and close of land in Codnor

Description
Indenture between (1) Alice Riley of Codnor, widow, late wife of Richard Riley of Codnor, yeoman, deceased, and (2) John Riley, son of the said Richard and Alice Riley.
Reciting lease dated 31 Dec 40 Elizabeth [1597] by Robert Roper of Lincon's Inn, Middlesex, gentleman, Humphrey Allsopp of Derbyshire, gentleman, and Michael Eyre of Alfreton, gentleman, to Ralph Norman then of Heanor, labourer, of a parcel of enclosed ground in Heanor (except for coal and ironstone conveyed to John Zouch, esquire, for term of 80 years), for a term of 1000 years at the annual rent of 16 pence, and lease by William Wilson late of Denby, yeoman, to Richard Riley, of the close and other houses and premises belonging to it, dated 19 May 20 Charles [1643].
In consideration of £5, and £5 to be paid on 28 March 1654.
