Indentures between (1) Thomas Bryan of Wilne, yeoman, and Penelope his wife, one of the three daughters of Israel Jackson late of Satpleford, county of Nottingham, yeoman, deceased and Mary his wife. also deceased, one of the three daughters of Samuel Risley late of Marehay, deceased, second son of Richard Ryley of Marehay, deceased, by Mary, one of the daughters of Ann Dobb of South Normanton, widow, and (2) John Fletcher of Stinsby Houses, parish of Horsley, gentleman, and his elder brother Robert Fletcher of Owlgreaves, parish of Heanor.
Closes of lands further described.
In consideration of £105 and 5 shillings.
Two parchment sheets attached at bottom: applied seals to both documents with signature of Thomas Bryan and mark of Penelope Bryan.
