Between (1) William Radford of Fritchley, yeoman, and Thomas Wrighte of Stansby House, tanner, and (2) Thomas Wathye, yeoman.
Reciting indenture of lease 10 April 8 James 1 [1610] of Humphrey Alsop of Butterley to Francis Wallis, his wife Sith and their son Thomas, for term of 100 years, and assignment by Francis Wallis 31 Dec 12 James I [1614] to William Radford and Thomas Wrighte.
