Description
Henry Spencer being of Holehouse, county of Derby, gentleman, and Thomas Spencer of the city of London, haberdasher, acknowledging receipt of £293 6 shillings 8 pence and a bond in the penal sum of £294 for the repayment of £146 13 shillings 4 pence, as security for the consideration money in the purchase of a messuage and lands in the parish of Morley, as in indentures of the same date.
Paper, with two applied seals with signatures of Henry Spencer and Thomas Spencer.
