Condition that if his son John Pyniger the younger (infant under the age of 21), being possessed of the messuage etc in Loscoe by demise made by Anne Johnson to John Pyniger [the elder], he assigns the messuage etc to Henry Raworth within 6 months of attaining the age of 21, the obligation will be void.
