Daily figures, 3 Jan 1960-3 Mar 1968. Recording statistics (in rows for each day of the month), with columns for date, undividual panels, pithead output, total to date, saleable output (weekly figures), number of shifts and days, shifts worked (fillers, coal face, E/U, total underground, surface, total employed), hundredweights per man (fillers, coal face, underground, employed), and remarks, soon used for what seem to be estimates of variable factors affecting output (joint O.M.S., variance from standard, disputes, geological, mechanical, electrical, absenteeism and other causes).
