Description
Caption states that the day of ill-treatment of pit ponies is rapidly passing away employed by the company. The bridle worn by the pony helps protect the eyes and head of the animal in places vulnerable from coming into contact with a low roof. Produced to celebrate the Clay Cross Gold Medal winning coal.
