Comprising three parcels of woodland in Hartshorne containing 12 acres 2 roods in total (lot 1), woodland called Fox Culvert containing 9 acres 26 roods on Short Hazel's Farm, Hartshorne (lot 2) and four fields of land containing 16 acres 2 roods 35 perches in total at Marston Montgomery (lot 3).
Auction to be held in the Victoria Hall at the White Hart Hotel, Burton-on-Trent, on 19 Sep 1918. Charles Harrison, land agent and surveyor, Burton-on-Trent.
With fold-out plan, scale 6 chains to 1 inch, size 58cm x 41cm opened out.
