Including copies of plan of various mineral interests in Loscoe and Heanor, 13 Nov 1931 (numbered HEM 1), copies of plan of lands at Loscoe with names taken from the parish survey of 1853 (numbered HEM 2), statement of seams worked for 6 years ending Michaelmas 1931 (numbered HEM 3), copies of plan of Soft and Hard coals worked at Loscoe out of the Mundy and Charlton's estate back to 1854, and copy of claim of plaintiffs.
