Holbrook of the Survey Department on the valuations of freehold purchases, carried out with the aim of establishing proper and fair charges, 3 May 1920, and three typed copies of valuation list and one draft, with columns for date, from whom purchased, particulars (of premises), total purchase money, charge for colliery surface damages, charge for mineral estate, and charge for freehold lands and houses, and comments, for the period Oct 1904-1919.
