Shows estate with site of colliery (open works), Wharf Row, Stoney Lane, Cromford Canal and Great Northern Railway line on both sides of the River Erewash, including land in the parish of Heanor, also showing Mr Bean's line of fault. Adjoining land in Codnor Park and of the Earl of Mexborough and Trustees of the late Thomas Walker.
