| Description | In 2009, Derbyshire County Council began using the Content Server system for Electronic Document and Records Management. Governance of the system was the responsibility of a dedicated Programme/Project Board, before its absorption into the ICT Governance Board.
Section Administrators located in each business area handle the day-to-day administration of the system. During the 2010s, they met in a regular working group, chaired by the EDRM Project Manager. The group was charged with promoting the efficient use of the EDRM, including the provision of feedback to the Project Board on matters such as new features of the software, or issues raised by colleagues. |
