Description
Modern Records accession register, giving brief title, year of document and date of accession.
Entries from August 1967 onwards also include a file number.
Entries from Dec 1971 record the accession of correspondence formerly contained in deed packets in the County Terrier (CT) series (see DCC/PR/CT).
Entries from Feb 1972 onwards give the name of a reviewing officer (usually Joan Sinar).
Entries from 1981 begin using prefixes CA (agreements) and CL (orders). See DCC/LG/CA and DCC/LG/CL.
The back page contains a rudimentary retention schedule listing retention and disposal rules by document type.
