Arrangement
The binding has almost completely disintegrated and the pages are clearly no longer in their original order. As the original order could not be recreated, with only a very small number of the pages appearing to be numbered by G. Russell, no re-arrangement of the pages has taken place. The back cover is missing, and it is therefore possible that other pages may also be missing.
