in consideration of £1535, of all that parcel of land in Cromford extending from the public road on Cromford Green through the north end of Sir Richard’s garden, through a piece of land called the Lawn into another piece S.E of the Lawn, and another piece of land to the S.E of the last-mentioned parcel to a wood of Sir Richard’s called the Carr Wood, also another parcel of ground extending from the wood called Carr Wood through various other closes to the River Derwent: plan and schedule attached, 11 acres 1 rood 24 perches in all, also schedule of deeds, dated 11 Jan 1791
