Description	to Mr Wolley from unnamed sender. The issue between Robert Brundley, plaintiff, and Ralph Moore, defendant, was entered during Trinity term 1654 and tried during the summer assizes. Wolley's attorney may be able to obtain the number rolls for that term and find a record of the case and the verdict. The writer copied sections of the letters patent relating to Scropton and left the copy among the Foston estate records, which the trustees should have Relates to Folder 16 item 6
