Description	of Mary Agard of London, widow of John Agard of Foston. The petition, headed "Maydwell" [i.e. Maidwell, Co. Northants], is addressed to the Lord Commissioner for the custody of the great seal, and concerns the execution of her late husband's will. Recites the will over pp4-17 and complains that her late husband's relatives have claimed that he never made any such will (and at other times that he was not of sound mind when he did so) and that they are the owners of property devised to her in the will 15 Feb 1656/7 27pp [Final page(s) missing]
