Title	Letter from Eliza M. Jupp to her cousin John Philip Gell, on the whereabouts of Franklin's portrait by Phillips

Description	It was in the care of her parents for many years after her aunt's death; afterwards it was at Mr Griffin's in Bedford Square; she does not know where it went after that; she has not heard of there being more than one portrait by Phillips; she thought one had been made before 1845 by a foreigner (a pencil note by JPG refers to it being a crayon by Negelin).
