DescriptionOffers advice about proper form of dress for Franklin's party.  Macintosh cloth suitable only for some items: relates death of a man who wore a complete outfit while hunting on a hot day.  Offers advice about tents; sending sugar and flour in advance and supply of white enamel beads for local trade.  Asks about bore of guns.  Pleased at content of Committee's letters to resident traders.  Anticipates future naval surgeon appointments and possible consequent appointment for himself.
