West Hallam Poor Lands Charity: Bundle of case papers, High Court of Justice Chancery division, relating to an application to the chancery Division for an order directing the transfer in the books of the Bank of England into the name of the “Official Trustees of charitable Funds” in trust for the charity known as the Poor’s Lands, of stock held in trust for the charity: Transcript of Trustees’ accounts 1888-1906.

Copy conveyance by the Trustees of West Hallam Poor’s Land charity to Ilkeston Local Board, 5 Aug 1882, of a close of copyhold land, 2 acres 0 roods. 10 perches., adjoining the Erewash Canal in Ilkeston. (plan attached). Affadavits in support of application to transfer charitable funds to the Official Trustees. Transcript of the account - Local Government district of Ilkeston in the matter of the Local Board’s provisional order - in respect of lands claimed by the trustees of West Hallam Poor’s Land 1882-1888. Notice by steward of Manor court regarding the enfranchisement of copyhold land, 5 April 1904 Accounts of the charity 1904. Manor of Ilkeston - power of attorney: James Borebank appoints William Fretwell of West Hallam to surrender to the steward of the Manor Court closes in Ilkeston 1 Mar 1904. Court order pursuant to application for transfer, 19 jun 1906. Solicitor’s bills 1906. Associated correspondence.
