Description
Trustees named as Samuel Crompton, Thomas Lowe, Richard Wright, Joseph Bingham, John Bingham junior, ThomasAllsop, John Harrison, John Webster and Samuel Fox, as per a 1768 Act for selling part of a Green called Nuns Green in Derby and for applying the money arising from the sale to the improvement of the remaining part of the Green and for other purposes therein mentioned.
Consideration: 5 shillings
Description: lying westward to the ground purchased by Joseph Pickford and adjoining the County Gaol eastward in front of the road leading between Derby and Ashbourne, extent also given
A number of amendments have been made to the deed, including the date, which may originally have been dated 1768 as per the endorsement
