To be buried in Wirksworth parish church yard; to wife Dorothy his house and garden for as long as she remains a widow; if she remarries same to descend to son John and the heirs of his body, and in default of issue to son Thomas; to wife, all goods and debts; to sons-in-law, Edward Ashton and Edward Heald, 12d each, wife to be executrix; son Thomas to be overseer.
