To son Thomas Holehouse,the Nether Close, charged with payments of £10 and £5 to testator's daughters Hannah and Mary when 21; to son Joseph 1½ acres in Churchlow field, paying to testator's daughters Lydia anhd Mary £10 and £5 when 21; to daughter Dorothy Holehouse, £10 to be paid by her brother William out of testator's personal estate when she is 24; to daughte Grace, wife of William EAton, £10 to be paid by her brother William withing fiveyears of testator's death; to son William residue of real and person estate; executors to be William, testator's brother (in law) William Marple, and friend Thomas Marple
