Bond of indemnity in £3500 by Joseph Twigg of London merchant to John Twigg of Bonsall gentleman

Description
Reciting a mortgage of 31 December 1774 whereby Mary Brown of Derby widow, John Twigg and Elizabeth his wife bargained and sold to Arabella Grayson of Derby, widow, Pleastow Farm in Crich, a farm and closes in the Upper End of the parish of Ashover to hold for a term of 1000 years in consideration of £1000; and reciting a mortgage of even date with this bond whereby Arabella Grayson advanced a further sum of £750 to Joseph Twigg and Elizabeth his wife on the additional security of another farm in Ashover and Nether Swynsty Flatt in Bonsall (Joseph Twigg having gained an interest in a moiety of the first mortgages properties) to hold for a term of 1000 years
