Description
Reciting mortgage of 1822 (D 779B/T 1081) and that there is now due to Whiston the £100 in the mortgage and a further £30, and witnessing that for £130 paid by E A Holden to Whiston and £40, the residue of the purchase money, paid by E A Holden to Robotham, properties as in 1822 mortgage, but now in the occupations of Francis Morton, Jane Thompson and George Clayton, were conveyed by Robotham to E A Holden and for the £130 above, and 10s paid by J R Holden to Whiston, the latter assigned to J R Holden the term of 1,000 years in the mortgage, in trust for E A Holden
