Description | Reciting deeds of 13, 14 April 1804 (D779/T/6/19/10-11) and the auction of the premises on 30 April last, when Meakin became the purchaser for £240 and witnessing that for £140 (part of the purchase money) paid to Francis Jackson of Derby joiner by George Taylor of Derby innkeeper at the request of all the parties to this deed in full payment of all money due to Jackson under deeds of 25 January 1799 and 7 May 1802 and for £100 (residue of the purchase money) paid to Curzon by Meakin, Curzon granted to Meakin close containing 3 acres 20p and tithes, in Aston Endorsed with livery of seisin 18 Aug |
