Abstract of Mr Botham's title to an estate at Aston

Description
Endorsed with a memorandum that Mr Balguy's opinion on this title was given before old John Wyman's open field lands were ascertained and the first abstracted deed of 1712 was not then known to be in existence, signed Wm Whiston, 25 April 1814
The abstract has 3 parts 1) abstract of 1712 deed (see D779/T/6/18/1) 2) small sheet of paper containing a copy of the entry concerning the property of John Whyman as it lay in the open fields, from Aston Field Book made in 1762, noting that "The Crossfield supposed to have been allotted in right of this property" and with further note "Adamss Allotmt", endorsed as abstracted from an old survey found since Mr Balguy gave his opinion of Mrs Elizabeth Whyman's title 3) abstract of Mrs Whyman's title from 1763 (an abstract from Aston enclosure award of March 1763) to 1813.
