Reciting in part deeds of 2, 3 May 1814 and 10 February 1845, that Thomas Botham the father is dead, his will of 21 February 1843 inter alia leaving his sons Thomas and Jacob (party 1.) his estate in Aston, that the will was proved 25 April 1848, and witnessing that for £999 19s, of which £562 is due on the 1845 mortgage, premises as in the mortgage were conveyed to Holden
