Description | Reciting mortgage of 18 January 1732/3 (see D779/T/4/1/7) and Bancraft's further borrowings from Randle (see above), and witnessing that, for the better securing the repayment of £449 10s., and £70 10s and interest, the £70 10s being borrowed on 8 July 1743 (see below) and for 5s paid to Bancraft by Boot and Hoole, the messuage and 3 yard lands in recited mortgage were conveyed by Bancraft, by Randle's appointment, to Boot and Hoole in trust as a security for the repayment of the sums of £449 10s and £70 10s, and that a final concord of Trinity Term 16 George II [1743] (see above) was levied to the same uses. Endorsed with further charges on the mortgaged premises of £80, 25 January 1744/5, £47, 9 January 1745/6 and £63 13s, 7 March 1746/7, and with memoranda of receipt of interest by Randle from Bancraft on 9 January 1744/5, 9 January 1745/6 and 7 March 1746/7 |
