By which for £180 paid to Willughby and £80 paid to Wright, Willughby with Wright's consent assigned to Statham, messuage in Shardlow, close on North side and near adjoining the messuage, the Well Yard on West side of messuage, flatts of arable called Shuckthorneflatt and the little flatt adjoining Simpsons Close, 8 cow pastures in cow pasture belonging to Wilne and Shardlow, all in Wilne and Shardlow, close called Riden-hill-close, Mapperley piece near Horneditch poole, flax peice abutting on Whitdraught, and 6 leas or parcels of arable, 2 of them butting on Riden-hill close, 2 upon flax peice and 2 on Whitdraught, all in Aston neatherfeild in Aston; all premises in the tenure of Willughby; Wright may redeem for £306 16s.
