Description
For the marriage between William Lowne and Mary Williamson and for £110, Mary's marriage portion, Ellen and William Lowne conveyed to John Williamson and John Carrington, messuage in Aston in which Ellen and William live, 2 yard land occupied with it in fields of Aston and in tenure of the Lownes (all of which were lately sold by Nicholas Willimot of Grays Inn esquire to Robert Lowne deceased, William's father, and to Ellen his wife) in trust to pay Ellen Lowne 40s. annually so long as Ellen and William live together, William to maintain her with sufficient meat, drink, lodging and washing fit for her person and calling, and after Ellen's departure from William or after his death and so long as Mary remains a widow, in trust to pay Ellen £5 annually and allow her a convenient room in the house to keep fire and lodge in, with free access, and after Mary's remarriage, in trust to pay Ellen £7 annually and allow her a room as above, and as to the residue of the profits of the premises during Ellen's life and as to the messuage and lands after her death, to the use of William Lowne for life, then to Mary for her jointure, with successive remainders to the sons of William and Mary and the heirs of their sons' bodies, the daughters of William and Mary, the heirs of William's body, and William's right heirs.
