Probate copy of the will of Robert Lowen of Aston yeoman made 9 July 1655

Description
To be buried in Aston church, to sons John and Thomas £60 each at age 21, to eldest son William half lands and buildings at age 21 and the other half at death of his mother, and fences about the yards, racks and maungers and those things accounted heirs loomes;
wife Helen and son William are to be joint executors;
brethren in law William Trowell of Long Eaton and Edward Trowell of Little Thrumpton to be overseers;
further, if William dies without heirs, the property goes to Robert's son Thomas and if he dies without heirs, to son John.
