Release of actions, costs and trespasses by Robert Willmott esquire and Mary Holden widow to each other

Description
Prefaced by a list of cases, and recitings that there have been differences between Robert Willmott and some of his tenants in Weston, and Mary Holden widow, concerning Weston Hollow, that several suits are depending and that Willmott and Mrs Holden have come to an agreement, therefore they release to each other all actions, costs recovered or as yet unpaid, and trespasses in the Hollow committed before this date, and agree not to proceed further in the suits.
