Description
By which in consideration of the love of Rooper for his daughter Mary and deceased wife Mary, son Anthony and present wife Dorothy, and for the continuance of the premises in the blood of Anthony Rooper, he covenanted that before next Pentecost he would convey to 2. and their heirs the manors of Weston, Aston, Wilne, Shardlow, Morley and Smalley, and all buildings and lands in the above-named places and Kiddesley, to hold to the use of Rooper for life without impeachment of waste, than to Mary Rooper and the lawful heirs of her body, with successive remainders to Anthony the son and the lawful heirs of his body, the second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth sons of Rooper and the lawful heirs of their bodies, and the heirs of Anthony Rooper for ever.
