Description | Reciting that Goodwyn in consideration of a debt of £600 which Richard Dale of Osmaston owed Goodwyn, has a judgment against Dale and upon the judgment an elegit granted, and for the levying thereof has extended half Dale's property in Osmaston and has possession as his freehold until the debt is repaid, by which extent Goodwyn has, as part of the half, closes called Humberholme or Humber holmes.
