Assignment of term in trust made between 1. Henry Holden of Wilne son to Henry Holden of Wilne deceased, Robert Willimott of Chaddesden gent, Thomas Bucknall of Donington, county Leicester, executor of Richard Bucknall late of Donington and 2. Nicholas Willimotte of Grays Inn, Middlesex, gentleman and Robert Holden of Shardlow gent.

Description
Reciting that Henry Holden the elder, when seised of 2 messuages and 3 yardlands in Wilne, parcel of the manor of Weston, for the lives of his wife Alice and sons John and Henry, by deed dated 17 Sept 3 James I [1605] assigned these premises to Robert Willimott the elder of Wilne gentleman and Richard Bucknall of Donington husbandman, for 60 years to the use of Alice if she lived so long, on her death or at the end of the term, whichever happened first, for 80 years to the use of John if he lived so long, and, on John's death or end of term, whichever happened first, for 50 years to the use of Henry Holden the son for his life and reciting that Henry Holden the elder, when seised of close of pasture called Dobham or Dobholme shrubbs lying near the Trent in Aston parish, for the lives of wife Alice and sons John and Henry, assigned these premises to Robert Willimott the elder of Wilne gentleman and Robet Willimott the younger of Dovebridge [Doveridge] gentleman by deed dated 1 Ap 4 James I [1606] for the same terms and to the same uses as in deed of [1605] recited above, and witnessing that for £30 paid to Henry the son by Alice his mother, party 1. have assigned to party 2. the terms of 50 years assigned to Henry's use upon trust that they allow Alice's nominee, appointed by deed or by her last will or by her executors and administrators to take the profits of the premises.
