Description
Rents came from properties in Derby and Alvaston. Notes of land and property tax.
Money paid out:- "Dividends for the Hospital" ie payments to the widows, expenses of work on the Hospital, expenses relating to letting of the property owned by the Hospital, rents paid to Liversage Trustees and the Corporation of Derby.
At back is the account of the trustees with Richard Murphy, mostly payments to persons without further explanation, 1797?-1805;
Also at the end of the rentals and accounts: "signed by me as the only surviving Trustee of Larges Hospital under the Codicil of the will of my late Uncle Robert Holden Esqr of Aston. Robert Holden" and "Signed by me as the present possessor of the Estates of my late Grandfather Robert Holden Esqr of Aston, by the codicil of whose will it has fallen to me to nominate and appoint clergymens Widows to Larges Hospital. Charles Holden 4 Dec. 1805" "(Copy)".
