Description
Reciting that whereas Robert Houlden of Normanton next Derby yeoman by his lease of even date has leased to Hope, Houlden of Aston, Doughtye and Henry Houlden, a messuage, farm or tenement in Normanton in Robert Houlden's possession, great pasture ground in Normanton called Round Cottons, close of pasture in Twyford called Fenh?, the messuage from Michaelmas last for 4 years, the closes from Michaelmas last to next Lady Day, and whereas Robert Houlden has sold by bill of sale to the same 4 persons divers goods and cattle, and has authorised them by letters of attorney to demand and receive sums of money owing to Robert Houlden, they testify that their names are used in trust for Robert Houlden. Not signed, sealed or witnessed.
