Title

Description
Reserving all minerals except gypsum and plaster, and timber and game, and (3) all mines of gypsum and plaster of lessor in Aston parish within lands of lessor coloured pink in annexed plan, for rent of £25 for the 22 acres, rent or royalty of 6d per ton longweight for gypsum or plaster (excluding marl or foulstone), to produce at least £200 per annum, with provisions concerning payment of rent if insufficient gypsum is mined to produce £200 per annum, weighing of gypsum, compensation to occupiers of lands coloured pink in annexed plan, maintenance of shafts, buildings, fencing, early termination of lease, to work underground only etc.
