Articles of agreement between Jonathan Lee the elder of Chesterfield, gentleman, Jonathan Lee the younger only son and heir of Jonathan Lee the elder and William Milnes of Cromford esq, and Mary Milnes one of the daughters of William Milnes, by which, in consideration of a marriage between Jonathan Lee the younger and Mary Milnes, Jonathan Lee the elder agrees to convey to William Milnes within twelve months of the marriage messuages, lands and tenements of the clear yearly value of ,150, to the use of trustees for 500 years upon several trusts, 26 Sep 1770.
