Release by Adam Soresby of Chesterfield esq, to William Soresby, father of Adam, of Chesterfield esq, reciting a marriage settlement of 2 Dec 1726 on the marriage of Adam Soresby to Dorothy his late wife, in consideration of 10s 0d, of a messuage in Brampton called the Brickhouse and several closes, Narr Close, Farr Close, Middle Close, Orchard Close, Farr Little Close and the Pingle, in all 21a and a messuage in Ashover with all land belonging. Also covenant to levy a fine, 4 Feb 1748/9.
