(25) Feoffment by bargain and sale by Thomas Ives of Northampton yeoman son and heir of Robert Ives of Northampton deceased and Joyce wife of Thomas, to Richard Keepe of Ecton (Co. Northampton) husbandman. Consideration £28 to Thomas, 40s to Joyce for acknowledging a fine to be levied to Richard Keepe; and £20 to be paid by Keepe to John Brian of Northampton Maltster (to whom Ives is indebted), 21 Aug 1641
