Settlement by lease and release (of which this is the release) on the marriage of John Selleck of Stapenhill, esq, and Martha Inge of Stapenhill, spinster, one of the daughters of William Inge late of Thorp Constantine (Co Stafford), esq, deceased, whereby John Selleck conveys to Thomas Gresley of Netherseal, esq, and Richard Inge, rector of Netherseal, re the prebend and farm of Ruscomb Southbury (co Berks) and a fardel of land in Wyke St Lawrence (co Somerset), to hold in trust to the uses of John Selleck etc.
