[F2] Articles of agreement made between Thomas Gresley of Drakelowe esq. Simon Bennett of Lincolns Inn esq and Peter Salmon, concerning administration of the will of Gilbert Morewood. 21 Jun 1650
[F3] Articles of agreement made between Sir Thomas Gresley of Drakelow, Bart, and Frances his wife, and Simon Benet of Beauchamton (Co Buckingham), Esq. and Grace his wife, reciting that Frances and Grace are daughters of Gilbert Morewood deceased and that both parties hold lands in common in Overseal and Netherseal, whereby a partition is to be made. With Bond between Sir Thomas Gresley of Drakelow, Bart and Frances his wife, and Simon Benet of Beauchamton (Co Buckingham), Esq. and Grace his wife, 17 Feb 1651/2
