This map is described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
Codnor Park Described 1722. Size: 20 x 18 cm. Materials: sepia ink on paper. Centred on: SK435499 Notes: east at top. Shows 958 acres with named fields, areas and reference numbers: streams, roads, trees and a mill: houses in perpective: adjoining landowners: some later lettering added: endorsed 'Codnor Park Plan': accompanying Terrier endorsed '1722 Codnor Park Survey and Mr Wyatt's Valuation' gives tenants, parcels, acreage, value per acre and yearly value.
