Archivist Note
The first page says it is “Attributed to the Emperor Ming Huang of the T’ang Dynasty, translated by Wu Sung.” Emperor Ming Huang (also known as Tang Xuanzong, 685–762 CE) supported poetry and music during his reign.
I found no trace of a translator named.
