Title
Agreement to levy a fine and lead uses. John Barker of Bakewell and Jane, his wife, now resident at Greenwich, to Thomas Dunnage of Philpot Lane in the parish of St. Dionis Bagchurch, London. Messuages in bakewell and Tideswell; closes in Youlgreave; messuages etc. in Hope, Castleton and Bradwell, messuage and lands at Coates Park, Alfreton; closes in Darley; a farm at Barlow; three messuages at Brampton; all his leadmines; a moiety of a farm at Shire Green. To be held to such uses as Barker shall decide.
