- Copy of the will dated 29 Apr 1725 of Francis Beard, yeoman, of Yolegreave. House, shop and the Hollow Furlong, Youlgreave, to his niece, Anne Brammah; the Lane Head Close, etc. to Jane Beard and the Malstone Pingle to Sarah Beard, both also his nieces. Probate June 5th 1725
