Administrative History | The Bailey family were tenant dairy and cattle farmers at Home Farm in Foremark during the first half of the 20th century. The four brothers which made up Messrs Bailey Bros., established following the death of their father Francis William Bailey, were Thomas Ernest, Arthur, Frank and Albert Walter. The family firm dissolved in the 1960s. Previously to running Home Farm the family had been in the building trade in Derby as part of Pegg & Bailey Builders and Contractors. |
