Belper Mill School boy and girls wages deductions of fees book

Description
Includes names of those attending the Belper Mill school, weekly amount of wages [fees] paid and a folio reference of mill hands, pickers, spinners wage books which shows where the money was deducted. Notes on the first page says “all the children in this book & going to school are under the age of 13, Nov 1836”, "March 3rd 1837 last charge for School Wages Ordered to cease by Mr Jed. Strutt”. The entries end on March 3rd with the note. “Ceased charging School Wage”. Accounts signed off by W. Bamford.
Labelled 19 on front cover and inside front cover, later labelled O1/76 on front cover.
